Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how to get it removed. Last updated September 10, 2026.
Who we are
Groundworks Development LLC, Potsdam, NY. One person, Chris Brody, runs it. Questions about this policy go to the email at the bottom.
What we collect
When you contact us, book a call, or fill out a form on this site or on a Facebook or Instagram ad, we get what you type: name, email, phone, company, and your answers to the questions on the form.
When you visit the site, Vercel Analytics records the page, the referrer, and rough location from your IP address. The Meta Pixel records page views and bookings so we can measure our ads.
What we do with it
We use your contact details to reply to you, send the quote or scope you asked for, and schedule the call you booked. Bookings create a Google Calendar event with a Meet link and email you the invite.
We use the analytics and pixel data to see which pages and ads bring people who book a call.
It stays between you, us, and the services listed below. If you become a client, what we hold about you is covered by the contract you sign.
Where it lives
Form and booking data sits in Google Workspace and a Google Sheet we use as a call log. The site runs on Vercel. Ad measurement runs through Meta. Each of those has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Email us and we will delete what we hold about you, or tell you what it is. Cancel links in booking emails remove the calendar event. Browser settings and ad blockers stop the pixel and analytics.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
